Recognising the need for forward thinking organisations to develop in house capability in Design Thinking Facilitation, and the lack of focussed one day offerings in the market, Mollie has developed a unique program to upskill the next generation of Design Thinking facilitators.

Over the course of a day, participants will builds confidence and core facilitation skills by running through a full one hour design thinking sprint as participants. They will then develop core facilitation skills, build personal confidence and understand approaches to structuring sessions. Immediate practice and feedback through participant led design thinking sprints prepare them for real-world facilitation.
